Family reunification

Spouses, children, parents – joining family in Germany, UK, USA, Canada.
What it is
Germany: spouse reunification (§ 30 AufenthG, German A1, secured income, sufficient housing), children (§ 32), parents only in hardship cases; to Blue Card holders without language proof. UK: Partner Visa (£1,938, income £29,000, English A1). USA: CR-1/IR-1, K-1 fiancé visa, I-130 petition. Canada: Spousal Sponsorship (CAD 1,205, 12 months).
Certificates and apostille
Marriage and birth certificates from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia or Turkey need an apostille from the issuing state and a certified translation; German authorities often also verify authenticity (document verification via the embassy, 3–6 months). We start that first.
