Business visa

Negotiations, trade fairs, installation, training – with partner invitation.
What it is
Schengen C Business, UK Standard Visitor (Business), USA B1, Canada Business Visitor, China M, Turkey e-Visa. Permitted: negotiations, contract signing, trade fairs, training, installation and maintenance under a supply contract – but not employment with the host.
The invitation
The core document is the invitation letter from the company in the destination country: letterhead, register data, purpose, duration, cost coverage, signature. Plus your own company's register extract, employer's assignment letter, and for installation work the supply or maintenance contract. We provide templates in DE/RU/EN.
For construction firms
A business visa is not enough for construction and installation work in Germany: posting with customs notification, A1 and SOKA-BAU applies, and for third-country nationals the Vander Elst visa. Our partner bau-buchhaltung.de handles these cases.
