Work visa
Updated: October 2026
Blue Card, Skilled Worker, H-1B, 482, Employee Card – with a job offer.
What it is
Work visas almost always require a concrete job offer and run in two stages: the employer fulfils its part (sponsor licence, petition, labour market test, nomination), then the employee applies for the visa. Germany: EU Blue Card (€50,700 / €45,900), § 18a/18b with recognised qualification, Chancenkarte. UK: Skilled Worker (£41,700, B2). USA: H-1B (lottery), L-1, O-1. Canada: LMIA work permit, Express Entry. Australia: 482 Skills in Demand. Poland/Czechia: work permit + visa D.
Recognition first
For Germany, Austria and many skilled visas the qualification must be recognised or assessed beforehand (Anabin, ZAB, Skills Assessment, ECA). That takes 1–3 months and decides the category. We check the qualification at the start, not the end.
Our approach
Check category and salary threshold, coordinate employer documents (we talk to HR in German or English), start recognition, application and appointment, support until the residence permit after arrival, family reunification in parallel.
Our fee: Document check from €150, full support for one application from €490. Government fees, translations and apostille are charged separately and quoted in advance. Prices →
