Service
Certified copies of passport, diploma, certificates for embassies and recognition bodies; signature certification for powers of attorney (e.g. to obtain documents in Ukraine or Kazakhstan), consents for children's travel, formal obligations, affidavits; notarial powers of attorney in bilingual form. For use abroad, apostille from the regional court afterwards.
Process
We draft the document (DE/RU/UK/EN), agree it with the notary, arrange the appointment in Bremen or by video (online certification for certain acts), organise the apostille and shipping.
Price
Notary fees per GNotKG: certified copy €10–20, signature certification €20–70, power of attorney €60–150. Our fee for drafting, translation and handling from €90.
Our fee: Document check from €150, full support for one application from €490. Government fees, translations and apostille are charged separately and quoted in advance. Prices →
